The phone when it had been launched with the build 1.26 and the build 1.27 versions in the European countries had received complaints regarding its short battery life. It was quite puzzling for customers and designers alike to stumble onto such an issue even though the One X had been installed with an 1800 mAh battery.
In recent turn of events, a topic on the XDA-developer Forum noted that the NvCPLSvc.apk app had been placed in a wrong folder leading to faster battery consumption. After citation of the problem, steps had been taken to rectify it. Other fixes in the build 1.28 includes a fix for the screen glitch that had harassed few of the early buyers. The beats audio performance had a tendency to Skip Tunes, but even that problem has been resolved in the latest upgrade. This, however, does not fix the problem regarding one of the power control app.
