Android 4.0 update for Galaxy note to be released by the 2nd quarter of 2012

As a relief to many of the Galaxy Note fans out there, Samsung finally announced rolling out of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for the Galaxy Note users. Samsung has finally confirmed that the Galaxy Note will be getting the Android 4.0 update in the next quarter of the 2012.

The change is not happening right now, but it will be unveiled in the few months to come, mostly around the summer. To ease the disappointed users, the South Korean manufacturer also stated that the update will be accompanied by “premium suit software”.

The Galaxy users will also get some extra goodies like S pen app and boosted multimedia features. The unique feature that makes this update worth a wait is the S note, which is a unique tool to combine all your notes and drawings with other digital contents, providing you with new ways to flourish your own ideas.

S note will feature wide range of the templates featuring, meetings, diary, and others. If you are some short of math lover it will also feature Formula match and Shape match apps.

The update will also bring the Angry Bird experience, the newest game in the series with its 30 new levels. The ICS upgrade is also ought to bring all new user experience to the Note users.
