Leaked DROID Does page of the upcoming Bionic shows up, but is it real?

For the record, I think people are  going at this picture way to crazy. Android Central received what they called an “early version” of what the Motorola DROID Bionic page would look like on the DroidDoes.com website. It shows off quite a bit of information that has rumored to be true, including its Webtop abilities and dual-core processor. Not only that, but it is also showing off a hefty pricetag of $299 dollars when this phone comes along. So what’s a poor man to do, other than scrutinize the photo and show everyone that it’s a fake?! Those are the words that are ringing throughout the web right now, as many people have stripped down almost every level of the picture to give us the general idea that is without a doubt not real.

Let’s just say one thing. While the photo definitely looks like some things have been shopped, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t used by Verizon to get an “early version” of what they wanted the page to look like. The guy who leaked this page said it wouldn’t be live until the first week of August, which gives the Verizon team plenty of time to fix up the page to the way it should be. I’m sure that once the page actually becomes live it will look different, but there will definitely be some similarities. Including that $299.99 price, that isn’t going anywhere.

We’ll just have to wait for August 4th to come and see if that date has any truth to the matter.
