Spotify coming to Motorola devices exclusively

Spotify, which has been taking Europe by storm lately, is finally ready to launch in the US. The service offers free and paid subscriptions with sharing abilities, playlists, offline mode (subscriptions only), and many other great features. Motorola has just announced today that Spotify has partnered with the manufacturer to give Motorola smartphone and tablet owners an early invite to the service. Moto will start a marketing campaign in the coming weeks to offer their customers with early access. You can follow Moto on Facebook or Twitter for more information, or simply continue to read here, because we’ll definitely keep up on it.

A little off topic and no substance to make this true, this does lead me to believe that Bionic owners may be the first to get a chance to try this out. Once again, the campaign will begin in “coming weeks,” and the Bionic’s rumored released at the moment is just weeks away (August 4th). Once again, this is just a very coincidental choice of words that Motorola used, so it could mean anything. That would be a pretty nice reason to get the Bionic though, and probably make those that have been waiting so long for it forgive Moto. More information can be found in the press release below.
