Motorola DROID 3 spec sheet leaked, more of what we already know

I don’t think it is possible to know as much about an unannounced phone as we do about the Motorola DROID 3. Specs has been rumored for quite some time, and we’ve already seen the Motorola Milestone 3, which is the non-US version of the phone. Just to add another list of known specs, someone leaked a spec sheet document to Android Central shown against the DROID 2 and DROID X2. The only thing that does interest us is that the internal memory is listed at 16GB, which is pretty large, but there is no sd card added. Also to note is that the DROID 3 will be a global device, just like its predecessor.

Everything else looks like what we already know, from the 4″ qHD display (960×540), to it getting Android 2.3 at launch, even that it will have a dual-core 1GHz processor (most likely TI OMAP 4430). So, once again, the only thing these leaks don’t tell us is when the DROID 3 will actually be released. Hopefully a spec sheet means that this will be available in the near future though.
