Toshiba Thrive now available for pre-order at Office Depot

Another Honeycomb tablet is on its way. The Toshiba Thrive was just recently announced, and now you can pre-order the next Android 3.1 device from Office Depot. You can pre-order the 16GB version for $480 and the 32GB version for $580, but there doesn’t seem to be a palce to order the 8GB version for some reason. It doesn’t look like you need to put any money down in advance though, so you can pre-order this and then start scraping some cash together while you wait for the release.

For those wondering, the Thrive has specs that you would expect on most Android tablets today, including a Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 10.1″ display, 1GB of RAM, and of course rear-and-front facing cameras. The only difference is that this one is made by Toshiba, which if their tablets are anything like their PC builds, then this should be one quality device.
