Rainbow Six comes to Android as Xperia PLAY exclusive, more games being showcased during E3

Yet another awesome title is hitting the Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY. Rainbow Six: Shadow Vanguard is coming exclusively to Xperia PLAY devices today, and SE mentions that even more will be coming in the near future. SE says that Xperia PLAY owners in Western Europe will be able to download the game free charge, but I’m hoping this offer extends to the US as well. Hopefully one of you readers can find this out for us, since we don’t have a PLAY to test it out ourselves.

Another 20+ games will be showcased during E3 this year, including “An unnamed fighting game from Khaeon Gamestudio” (there are actually some good titles, but that one was too hilarious). One of the many anticipated games will be Minecraft, which has gotten a very unique demo video showing it off. There will also be some games that are already on Android but are being optimized specifically for the Xperia PLAY, including Pocket Legends and Dungeon Hunter 2. Hopefully SE will give us some more demo videos in the next couple weeks so we can show off these new games to you!
