Until the developer of PSX4Droid can find a solution to his app being pulled from the market, he has decided to give the PlayStation emulator away free on his website. While this could be taken as spite to Google for pulling his application, we will gladly take the update and wait for him to get things worked out. It seems as though this hasn’t been a simple issue of Google taking out an application for violating policies, as the developer’s account has been frozen and he is unable to make any money from his apps still on the Market.
At the moment, the developer is looking into 3rd party markets. The way things are looking, we might spot PSX4Droid and other emulators on the Amazon Appstore soon.
